If an order is placed and not manufactured, we will cancel the order and refund your order. There will be a 2% processing fee for the entire amount of your order which is a charge for taking the original payment. This is a third-party payment service charge.

Refund, exchange or return
Almost all the products on our website fall into the category of custom-made products. Including some of the items that are listed as ‘standard size’ as we make them all per order. Where a custom-made product has been supplied correctly, we are not able to offer any exchanges or refunds. If you are unsure, please call us before ordering to double-check that the sizes you are entering are correct.

Online shoppers enjoy a range of rights under EU consumer legislation, including a cooling-off period which gives you the freedom to change your mind after you have made a purchase. These rules don’t just apply to online shopping but also cover other distance purchases, such as those placed by phone or mail order.
Exceptions include Goods that are made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised.
We cannot accept returns for our products which have been made to your exact specifications. The only products which are not covered under this are some of our ready-made frame products.
Damages
If you place an order and the frames have been damaged in transit. You have 72 hours to inform Brownes Photography of the damages. This is a limit set by third-party couriers on claiming damaged goods in transit. We will send replacements once this timeline is adhered to.
Stock
All products available to purchase online are in stock. As soon as stock runs out of a particular item we remove it from the website. However, In the event of an item being ordered, that is actually out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via email, phone or text message.
Product Visualisations
It’s important to understand that the colours and material finishes shown on our website may appear different depending on your computer monitor calibration. For this reason, if the exact colour is important to you, we recommend ordering a sample from us before going to the expense of purchasing your full frame. We can not accept responsibility after the goods have been delivered.
Delivery & Collection
All our orders are posted with An Post. Delivery within the Republic of Ireland is €8 regardless of weight. We use a registered next-day delivery service. Photograph orders will be ready approx 1 week after the order is placed. Frame orders are taking up to 4 weeks at the minute. Once your order is dispatched from our studio you will receive an email with a link to the tracking page of your items. There is the option to pick up your order from our studio in New Ross. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection and our opening hours.
